AUTOMATIC WRITING
Automatic writing, also called Spirit Writing, is a process whereby a psychic medium, or channeler uses a pen or pencil to receive information from a spiritual source, or a discarnate entity, such as a spirit guide. The medium enters into an altered state of conciousness, or a trance, or a deep meditation, and allows the spirit to move the pen without any concious effort. The style of writing, choice of words, and the handwriting is noticeably different from the medium's usual style. The medium is not the initiator of the information, nor does it come from the subconcious of the medium.
After Ashira has cleared herself and set up her protection, she then raises her vibration so that she can connect with the Angelic realm, and then enters into a deep meditative trance. The written questions are placed in front of her so that the Angels know how to respond. The messages are always uplifting, empowering, inspirational, and very detailed. The Angels are careful to allow the querent to make their own decisions in the matter, but recommendations are given to bring about the best outcome.
